All of this because of unrealistic expectations, will trigger stress response and keep us in fight~flight~freeze... Change can’t happen while stuck!

Embrace Community

Ask for and give permission to receive support!

When we desire something, we can feel guilt….we feel that guilt, it is near to impossible to give permission to receive our desires

 

Surround yourself with like-minded people. Find the Stretchers in your life – the people who drive you to be the best version of yourself!

STEP FOUR

Remember “Small Hinges Swing Big Doors”

Small steps over time equal success! We all take different size steps, but every step forward is progress.
